Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How long does it take?

  • The time frame for these services varies based on complexity and scope.
  • Lead times for us to procure equipment average 4-5 weeks but can be longer depending on the project.
  • Once we have received the equipment needed, you will be scheduled for an installation based on our current capacity.
  • Classrooms and custom installations take up to 6 months or longer, depending on equipment and schedule availability.

If you need your solution quicker, an AV partner may be hired at an additional cost to expedite your installation.

How much does it cost?

We build deep relationships with vendors to achieve prices typically below the retail price.  ITC does not charge for labor; you only pay what it costs for the equipment.

ITC regularly reviews current pricing and may update accordingly. You will only get charged for what you are quoted.

 

 

You've submitted a request. Now what happens?

 

  1. Consultation
    We will schedule a quick consultation to learn more about your needs. We may need to schedule a site visit to get more information and to take photos and measurements.
  2. Proposal
    We will send you a proposal once we know your needs and get all the space info.
  3. Approval
    Upon approval of our proposal, you will provide a chartstring and confirm dates.
  4. Design & Installation
    We will finalize the design of your system, procure the required equipment, and work with you to schedule the installation.
    Any proposal changes at this stage must be approved for cost and time.
  5. Handover
    Once the system is installed, we test it to ensure it meets our quality standards; we will train you on using your new AV system; and we hand it over to you. 
  6. Service
    ITC is here to help you with your system if you ever experience any issues or breakdowns.
