- Description of credential theft or events leading to credential exposure.
- A valid phone number where you can be reached.
- A secure email address where you can be reached. (Do not provide your Dartmouth email.)
NOTE: If you use your Dartmouth password as a password for any other account (e.g., personal Gmail, personal banking, FaceBook, Twitter, Apple ID), it is recommended to change your password immediately.
