With the transition of Panopto, Echo360 was retired after July 31st, 2021. Scheduled class capture is still available for on campus courses and can be requested the same as before through the Services Portal.
All Echo360 videos were extracted on February 1st 2021 and moved to Panopto in an archived state. Echo360 captures can be retrieved and moved into the "My Folder" in Panopto upon request by selecting the Echo360 Unarchive Request button.
Upon receiving the request, it may take up to ten business days to make content available in Panopto.
