All Canvas users log into Canvas with their Dartmouth NetID and password.

Two ways to request help:

  • To request help from Learning Design and Technologies (at Dartmouth), please use the Request Canvas Support button on this page.
  • To access 24x7 support from Canvas by Instructure, please select from these options:
