Mac & Windows

  1. Install GreenPrint.
  2. When ready to print, go to File > Print. 
  3. Select Greenprint-PC as your printer.
  4. Click Print.
    1. For Mac, enter your NetID and Dartmouth password (By default a Mac will autofill your profile name, delete this and enter your NetID)
    2. For Windows, your NetID and Dartmouth password were already captured during the install
  5. When ready, swipe your card at any GreenPrint station and release your job for printing. 

iOS

  1. Install GreenPrint.
     
  2. While in the document you desire to print, click on the three dots in the top right of the screen to expand options.


     
  3. When the options expand, click "Print."


     
  4. When prompted, click "AirPrint."


     
  5. Next, make sure the Printer is set to "GreenPrint-PC." Hit "Print."

     
     
  6. When ready, swipe your card at any GreenPrint station and release your job for printing. 

Android

 

Web Print (PDF format only)

  1. Navigate to greenprint.dartmouth.edu in a browser.
     
  2. Click on "Web Print" in the menu bar on the left side of the page. 


     
  3. Click on "Submit a Job."


     
  4. Click on "Upload Documents."


     
  5. Either drag the desired file/s (PDF Format Only) to the appropriate field or click on "upload from computer" and follow the finder/file explorer prompts.




     
  6.  Once uploaded, click "Upload & Complete."


     
  7. Wait for the notification to pop up on the top of the page "Your document was successfully submitted. See the table below to track its status." Then click on "Jobs Pending Release" on the menu on the left side of the page. 


     
  8. Swipe your Dartmouth ID card on any GreenPrint machine and release the desired jobs. 

Email to Print (PDF format only)

  1. Navigate to your email client (Outlook, GMail or bwa.dartmouth.edu via web browser). 
     
  2. Draft a new email and address it to greenprint@dartmouth.edu
     
  3. Attach the desired document to the email and send it.
     
  4. Wait for a reply email from GreenPrint. Once you receive the reply, click on the link provided in the body of the email to release the document to your print queue (this link will be valid for up to 24 hours). 
     
  5. When ready, swipe your card at any GreenPrint station and release your job for printing.
