This article provides information on everything you will need to know about preparing your technology during this time and for the start of the term.

What To Expect at the Start of Term
During the start of the term, IT support will be focused on providing academic and student-centered support. To help make the new term a success, we want your help to plan ahead. Please be aware of these key points to help prepare or plan accordingly:
- Technology support will be prioritized for academic and student support. Other requests may have longer wait times.
- Prepare your technology early and request help for anything that can be done ahead of term.
- Browse the Knowledge Base for helpful information on the technology you're using.
- If you need computers or other equipment, order early by visiting the Dartmouth Computer Sales and Service site.
- CAP replacements may be delayed.

- Ensure your computer is set up to the department printer by printing a test page.

To order online, visit Dartmouth Computer Sales and Service or visit our beautiful, state-of-the-art location at 7 South Street in Downtown Hanover, NH. Please note that sales and service may take extra time at the beginning of the term while we focus on supporting the incoming students and faculty.

- Visit Berry 402 Faculty Walk-in Center, where Client Technology Consulting is dedicated to addressing your technology needs. Services are available by walk-in from 9 am to 2 pm, Monday through Thursday, in Berry 402, located next to Elevator 4 on the 4th floor.
