Lenel unable to save changes

If Lenel/OnGuard screens are displayed but are missing the options to save changes.

Step-by-Step

  1. Right click on Background of Desktop to access Display Settings
  2. Display Settings
  3. Navigate to Scale and Layout
    • Change the size of text, apps, and other items
      • Must be set to 100%

If the Display setting is set to other than 100%, options that should be visible on the Lene/OnGuard screens will not be visible.
