Use the instructions below if you are trying to activate Duo Mobile on a new mobile phone.
Open a web browser and visit 2faenroll.dartmouth.edu. Click "enroll/verify" and enter your NetID and Dartmouth password.
From the Duo authentication screen that appears, click "Need help" in the bottom left corner.

Under "I got a new phone", click "Manage Devices".

To manage your settings, you will first need to authenticate by having Duo call your phone or by approving from another trusted device. When prompted to verify your identity, choose phone call from the list of authentication options.

Once verified, you will see all of your current Duo authentication methods. Under your phone, click "I have a new phone". If you still have the same number, you can re-connect to duo in a few easy steps.

Click "Get started"

On your mobile phone, download the Duo Mobile app from the App Store or Google Play. Click "Next" on your computer once Duo Mobile has been installed.

On your mobile phone, open the Duo Mobile App, and tap "Add+" in the top right corner. Tap "use QR code" and scan the QR code that's displayed in your computer's web browser.

Name the account. Once computed, your browser will display "Added Duo Mobile." Click continue to finish.

If you have any issues enrolling your new phone with Duo, please contact the Help Desk for assistance by calling 464-2999. A Zoom call with photo identification will be required if you do not have access to your old Duo Device.
