Duo - How to Reactivate the Mobile App on a Mobile Phone

Use the instructions below if you are trying to activate Duo Mobile on iPhone or Android and need to generate a new QR code to scan:

1. Open a web browser and go to 2faenroll.dartmouth.edu.
2. Enter your NetID and Dartmouth password.
3. In the Duo authentication screen that appears, click Other Options. 
    
4. Select preferred option and Manage Devices to manage existing or Add New 
   1. 
5. In order to manage your settings, you will need to authenticate by having Duo call your phone or another device. If necessary, a passcode can be provided to you by the Help Desk (646-2999) although a Zoom call with photo identification will be required if you do not have your old Duo device.
6. Once signed in, identify the device you are trying to activate, then click Edit or Add New Device.
