Print in Color - Windows

If your default print setting is set to B&W and you wish to print in color, you can change a Quality setting that will print your document(s) in color.  You can change this setting a few different ways but this article provides two common methods.

Important: This setting change will only work on printers that are setup with colored printing. 

Step-by-Step

From System Settings

1. Hit the Windows Key on your Keyboard
2. Type Printers and hit Enter
3. Select your printer
4. Select Manage
5. Select Printing Preferences
6. Select Quality
7. Under the Select Color drop down menu, select Auto Color
8. Select Apply
9. Select Ok

From a Word Document

1. Select File > Print
2. Select your Printer
3. Select Printing Properties
4. Select Quality
5. Under the Select Color drop down menu, select Auto Color
6. Select Apply
7. Select Ok
