Important: This setting change will only work on printers that are setup with colored printing.
Step-by-Step
From System Settings
- Hit the Windows Key on your Keyboard
- Type Printers and hit Enter
- Select your printer
- Select Manage
- Select Printing Preferences
- Select Quality
- Under the Select Color drop down menu, select Auto Color
- Select Apply
- Select Ok
From a Word Document
- Select File > Print
- Select your Printer
- Select Printing Properties
- Select Quality
- Under the Select Color drop down menu, select Auto Color
- Select Apply
- Select Ok
