Information, Technology & Consulting (ITC) Employment Policies
Some of the policies for working at ITC:
- Standard Business Hours: ITC's normal business hours are between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Some offices close during the lunch hour.
- Nonstandard Hours Support: For systems deemed critical by the institution, support is provided outside of standard business hours.
- Standard Employee Work Hours: To ensure support coverage, ITC normal staff schedules are between 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Individual schedules during those hours are at the discretion of the manager. Some staff will be assigned to different shifts. Exceptions to these hours can be made only at the discretion of a senior director. Exceptions can be made to accommodate customer needs or work productivity issues. To be eligible for schedule exceptions the employee must be in good standing.
- Confidentiality and Nondisclosure: All staff within ITC are required to sign a Confidentiality and Nondisclosure form (attached).
