If you attempt to access a Dartmouth system and receive an error that you are not authorized to access the system, it may be that your account has become locked.
We are no longer using security questions for account recovery. To have your account unlocked please contact your department's IT support offices. We will need to verify your identity to assist you in unlocking your account.
If the account that is locked is a Student Organization, the Owner of the Organization account will be contacted to get permission to help you with unlocking the account and/or resetting the account password.
If you have forgotten your password please go to myaccount.dartmouth.edu and follow the process. If you have a personal email address on file you will be able to reset your password.
