Dartmouth College uses Event Management System (EMS) as its centralized event scheduling system at 13 different scheduling offices. Representatives from most of these offices meet on a regular basis where scheduling policies, system issues, "tricks of the trade," and other related topics are discussed. The group, known as the EMS Users Group, normally meets on a monthly basis.
