Step-by-Step
After logging into EMS, access, navigating in EMS window freezes.
- While in EMS, hit the ESC key
- Click on Settings - Reset Windows Coordinates
Cause
User has dragged EMS window to a secondary monitor, and then dragged it back to primary monitor or unplugged secondary monitor. They try to open up something within EMS and it appears frozen because they never see the window that they choose come up and you can't click on anything else. By hitting the ESC key it closes the window they opened and then the reset windows coordinates resets the EMS session so that all windows open on current screen.
