Dart InfoBot (DIB)
Hi, my name is Dart InfoBot, or DIB for short! I was born in the fall 2020 when my Information, Technology and Consulting family at Dartmouth created me to be the face of a conversational AI chat bot to help students, faculty, and staff find technology information. I was created by the wonderful Emmett Frank, our previous Client Experience Design Manager, who loved to design and illustrate more than just AI Bots like me. Now my human family and my bot family work together to provide chat support so I get to fly around campus leading you to important technology information everywhere! My current designer, Kerry Ann, gets me geared up for whatever role I am in. She's very careful to make sure I have the proper safety gear!
I have also become the unofficial mascot of the ITC team. So students, faculty, and staff can pick me up as a sticker and have me take a ride on their devices. Some folks may even be able to give me a squeeze to get the stress out if you can get your hands on the DIB stress balls while they last! When you drop by The Dartmouth Computer Store, the Student Blitz Stop, and the Faculty Tech Stop, I'm sure one of my cousins in Client Technology Consulting will share me with you!

Well hello! I'm Construction DIB and I'm here to tell you when a room is
under construction! I usually foretell the appearance of new carpets,
new desks, and my favorite: A brand new Audio/Visual system to teach
and learn on!

Woah, slow down there, my travelling friend! I'm Aircraft Marshaller DIB,
and I'm here to help you find your way to new spaces or let you know
when we are taking flight to new places! Look for me on posters to know
where our teams land on campus.

Come on in, my friend! I'm Computer Desk DIB and I'm here to let you
know when a technician is at his or her desk, waiting to help you with any
technology problem you may have. Look for me hanging out around our
Student Blitz Center or our Faculty Tech Stop. And if you have coffee,
can you bring me some?

help give you information! I'm just as fun as finding candy in an Easter egg!
