Zoom - Clear Previous User's Log-In

Guide to clearing a Zoom log-in.  A user has not signed out of Zoom.   The next user tries to log that person out so they can sign-in.  It doesn't work.

Steps to Clear Previous Zoom User's Log-In on a Mac

  1. In Zoom, Sign out the previous user
  2. Quit Zoom
  3. Launch Safari
  4. Go to task bar, select History
  5. Select Clear History
  6. Select the up/down arrows
  7. Select All History
  8. Select Clear History Button
  9. Quit Safari

You can now launch Zoom and sign-in with your credentials via SSO.
