Guide to clearing a Zoom log-in. A user has not signed out of Zoom. The next user tries to log that person out so they can sign-in. It doesn't work.
Steps to Clear Previous Zoom User's Log-In on a Mac
- In Zoom, Sign out the previous user
- Quit Zoom
- Launch Safari
- Go to task bar, select History
- Select Clear History
- Select the up/down arrows
- Select All History
- Select Clear History Button
- Quit Safari
You can now launch Zoom and sign-in with your credentials via SSO.
