Instructions for Bulk Printing Work Orders

  1. Multi-select the work orders you would like to print. (CTRL+CLICK or SHIFT+CLICK)
  2. Click on Report from the Action Menu at the far right of the screen.
  3. Locate the FM internal job ticket report.
  4. Ensure that the option for Preview all documents as one file is set to “Yes”
  5. Click Preview & Print from the Action Menu at the far right of the screen.
  6. A new window will open.  Scroll down to view the tickets for each of the work orders you selected in step 1.
  7. Print using your browser print functions.
  8. The job ticket for each work order prints on it’s own page.  I’ve attached a sample copy of the resulting PDF file for your reference.
