ITC is rebuilding its spaces in 4 Currier to meet the demands of a post-pandemic workforce. The 4 Currier Hoteling project is rebuilding the ITC spaces to support residential, hybrid, and remote staff who occasionally need on-campus space. This project is redesigning the floor space to support staff in working individually and collaboratively using Zoom Rooms, Open AV, shared desktop equipment, and a combination of open desk spaces and private room options. Space usage will be managed through Robin, an app available for use on mobile devices.
Project Updates
Project updates and conference room readiness will be updated weekly.
Updates for Week of March 28
- Our installers and contractors are diligently upgrading our conference rooms (highlighted in the diagrams below) with the latest AV infrastructure.
- The next phase will be in the procurement of equipment.
- Concurrently, new furniture and lockers will be added to freshly created lounge spaces.
Space Status

- Electrical and general contracting work is scheduled to be done by April 1.
- AV work will continue into May.
