Beginning on September 15, NIH websites requires Multi-Factor Authentication and if researchers are using Dartmouth credentials(SSO) to login to NIH websites, they will not be able to login. An alternate way for researchers to access NIH websites is to create a login.gov account and link it to your eRA account, as described here: https://era.nih.gov/files/2FA_flyer.pdf
Dartmouth ITC (Identity team) is working to get this MFA setup enabled (by end of September 2021) so that researchers can start accessing NIH websites using their Dartmouth Credentials.
