What happens

You will lose access to your Dartmouth Zoom license and all associated features, including:

• Meetings
• Scheduler
• Whiteboard
• Team Chat
• Clips
• Notes
• AI Summaries
• Transcripts

Cloud recordings you created in Zoom are also stored in Panopto for long-term retention. To view or download these recordings, visit dartmouth.hosted.panopto.com and navigate to My Folder → Meeting Recordings.
Please note that Panopto does not keep recordings indefinitely. Review our Panopto Archiving Policy and FAQs to understand how retention policies may affect you.

Deadline

Your Dartmouth Zoom account and its content will be removed approximately 60 days after graduation.

What you need to do

• Save any content you have created in Dartmouth Zoom account to personal storage. 
  • Download your recordings
  • Download your Clips
  • Export your Whiteboards
  • Export your Notes to PDFs
  • Share your AI Summaries with a personal email
  • Download your Transcripts
  • Acknowledge that any Meeting series or Scheduler calendars will no longer work after your account is removed.
