What happens

• Any data saved in your Dartmouth Google Drive space will be removed 60 days after commencement.

Deadline

• Approximately 60 days after graduating your Google Drive data will be removed.

What you need to do

• Save files you want to keep to a non-Dartmouth location prior to the deadline.

Google can help you transfer your content in 2 ways

1. Google's Takeout allows you to export all or some of your Google account data. You can download the data from a link sent to you in an email or link a cloud storage account and it will send the data for you. More detailed information regarding the process. 
2. Google's Transfer a subset of the Takeout tool, Transfer can send your Drive and Gmail data to another Google Account. Note that if you are sending this to another Google Workspace account, they may limit this ability. This process can take up to a week to complete.
