OnBase will undergo a minor version upgrade on the new date of Thursday, August 6, from 3pm-10pm. This upgrade will address the problem causing Unity Client to crash randomly when viewing documents or using Workflow. OnBase services and applications will be unavailable at this time.
The upgraded version of Unity Client, version 24.1.42.1000, will be made available all users after the upgrade is completed on August 6 through the Dartmouth Software Center. An automated install will be pushed out on August 7 at the start of business hours. The automated install may take some time to complete, so for users who need Unity Client right away, a manual install is recommended.
To manually install Unity Client, users can go to the Dartmouth Software Center application:

and find OnBase Unity Client in the listed apps.

On the page for Unity Client, clicking the Install button will run the installation. Please be sure that you have the updated version 24.1.42.1000. The installation should take about 5 minutes.
If your Dartmouth Software Center is displaying version 24.1.5.1000, your Dartmouth Software Center is not yet synced. Please connect to GlobalProtect to ensure that Dartmouth Software Center can sync, close out Dartmouth Software Center, and try again in a few minutes. The new version will only be available starting on August 6 after the upgrade is completed.
For RDS users: the RDS Unity Client will be upgraded to v24.1.42.1000 by ITC on August 6 during the upgrade window. No action is required on your part. You may continue connecting to RDS as before and the new version will be available automatically.
