Download and Install Sibelius 7 for Windows

Step-by-Step

  1. Download Sibelius 7.5 for Windows.
  2. If prompted, click Save File so that the circle next to the words are filled in. Click OK.
  3. Navigate to where your web browser downloads files and double click Sibelius7.zip.
  4. Double click Sibelius7.
  5. Double click Sibelius7Installer.exe.
  6. You will be prompted to extract all files. Click Extract all.
  7. Confirm the box next to Show extracted files when complete is checked if it is not already present.
  8. Click Extract. This may take a few minutes.
  9. A new window will appear when the extraction is complete. In the new window, double click Sibelius7.
  10. Double click Sibelius7Installer.exe.
  11. Follow the prompts to complete the installation.
  12. In the InstallShield Installation Complete window, check mark the box by Launch Sibelius 7.5 and Finish.
  13. In the Try Sibelius 7.5 window, click Specify License Server.
  14. Confirm Step 15 information in the ReadMeFirst.txt file from the extracted files in Step 8.
  15. On the Enter Server Details window, enter sibeliuslicense.dartmouth.edu:7312 and click OK.
  16. Launch Sibelius and you should see it launch as a Network User.
