Chart String Lookup Tool

This utility is designed to identify valid chart strings for general ledger transactions. Anyone with a valid Dartmouth Name Directory (DND) account may use the Chart String Lookup Tool. It was created when Dartmouth converted from 6-digit to 25-digit account strings.

Step-by-Step

1. Using your web browser, go to the Chart String Lookup Tool; the Dartmouth Web Authentication window will appear.
2. Enter your NetID and password in the fields provided to access this utility; click the Login button.
