Connecting to Eduroam

Connecting to Eduroam is a quick process with instructions found at Connect to eduroam (dartmouth.edu). Any device that supports eduroam should connect to it instead of Dartmouth Public. Connecting to eduroam is more secure and is required to access many on-campus resources.

About Eduroam

Eduroam is the recommended network for Dartmouth faculty, staff, and students on campus. It is an authenticated and encrypted network that allows you to access Dartmouth resources. It also allows access to high-speed secure wireless connections at other Eduroam educational institutions world-wide with your Dartmouth credentials.

A connection to Eduroam is required for certain tasks like printing to a network printer or GreenPrint, or connecting to a shared file server. If you are out of range of the Eduroam network and need to connect to one of these services, you can also use the VPN.
