GIS - Geographic Information Systems - Geospatial

We provide support for GIS software and GIS related projects.

Dartmouth has a site license for ESRI's ArcGIS software.  This includes ArcGIS Desktop, ArcMap, ArcGIS Online and a variety of extensions.  Python, R and GDAL are available on our high-performance systems and can be used for spatial processing and analysis.  For Mac and Linux users, there are a several options for geographic information systems analysis and processing.  Please contact us about licensing, installation or support at Research.Computing@dartmouth.edu

ArcGIS Online

To get started with ArcGIS Online, navigate to https://dartmouth.maps.arcgis.com/home/index.html  click "Sign In" in the upper right, then click "Enterprise Login Dartmouth College" and sign in with your Dartmouth NetID and password. 

StoryMaps

https://storymaps.arcgis.com/.  click "Sign In" in the upper right, then click "Enterprise Login Dartmouth College" and sign in with your Dartmouth NetID and password.
