  • Conferences and Events, Event Coordinators, will help you plan and prepare for a trouble-free (and cost free!) technology experience for your next business meeting or recurring event.

Locations and Restrictions

  • Client Technology Consulting AV Operations supports central booked classrooms and central campus meeting rooms.  Other providers support other spaces or constituents.
  • Specialized services and periods of high demand may require alternative staffing or supplemental equipment.

Fees

    • In-person staff time $75/hr
    • On-Call during live event $50/hr
  • Actual costs for rented equipment
  • A college chart string is the required form of payment; non-Dartmouth entities must establish an account to obtain services.
