Prepare for Success

• Central booked classrooms and many meeting rooms are designed for self-service for basic presentation needs.
• Conferences and Events, Event Coordinators, will help you plan and prepare for a trouble-free (and cost free!) technology experience for your next business meeting or recurring event.   
• Submit a request for a consultation with your Conferences and Events, Event Coordinator.

Locations and Restrictions

• Client Technology Consulting AV Operations supports central booked classrooms and central campus meeting rooms.  Other providers support other spaces or constituents.
• Specialized services and periods of high demand may require alternative staffing or supplemental equipment.

Fees

• Client Technology Consulting AV Operations
  • In-person staff time $75/hr
  • On-Call during live event $50/hr
• Actual costs for rented equipment
• A college chart string is the required form of payment; non-Dartmouth entities must establish an account to obtain services.
