Feedback Survey FAQs
When will I receive a survey?
You will receive an email notification 24 hours after you work with the ITC Service Desk asking if you would like to share feedback.
How often will you ask me to share feedback?
You will only receive a survey notification 1-2 times a year depending on how frequently you work with us. If you think this is too frequent, or not frequent enough, please include suggestions when you provide feedback.
How long is the survey?
The feedback survey is 3 quick questions and should only take a minute or two to complete.
What feedback are we looking for?
We would appreciate your feedback on the recent support interaction, your experience working with the Service Desk staff member (part of your Support Team), the technical solution provided, and any other feedback you are willing to share.
What is the feedback used for?
Your feedback is very important to us and is used to continuously improve our support and the services we offer. Feedback is not used in employee evaluations.
Will you follow-up with me after I share feedback?
In cases where our support or services are not meeting your expectations, you may receive follow-up outreach from a member of the Service Desk leadership team requesting more information so we can improve.
How will I know the feedback email I get isn’t spam or phishing?
Email requests for feedback will come from the sender Dartmouth Services <Services@Dartmouth.edu> and will reference the subject of the related support in the subject and body of the email. The feedback link will direct you to an address that starts with “https://service.dartmouth.edu”.
How do I provide more general feedback to ITC?
We are developing additional opportunities to provide general feedback to ITC. Please check back for more information.
