Outlook failing to open - Outlook Client
Step-by-Step
- Go to the Windows Control Panel
- Open Mail (Microsoft Outlook)
- The Mail Setup - Outlook window will open
- Select Show Profiles
- Select the Profile that is listed (Default name is Outlook)
- Select Remove
- Select Add
- Enter Outlook in the Profile Name Field
- Select OK
- Choose the Always use this profile and select Outlook from the listed items
- Select OK
- Launch Outlook
