Outlook profile corrupt - email won't open

Outlook failing to open - Outlook Client

Step-by-Step

  1. Go to the Windows Control Panel
  2. Open Mail (Microsoft Outlook)
  3. The Mail Setup - Outlook  window will open
  4. Select Show Profiles
  5. Select the Profile that is listed (Default name is Outlook)
  6. Select Remove
  7. Select Add
  8. Enter Outlook in the Profile Name Field
  9. Select OK
  10. Choose the Always use this profile and select Outlook from the listed items
  11. Select OK
  12. Launch Outlook
