Issue
Folders that were visible in Outlook Web in O365 are no longer visible.
Environment
O365 via BWA.dartmouth.edu
Resolution
There is an arrow to the left of the mailbox name in BWA. If clicked it can compress all the folders under the mailbox name so they are not visible. Clicking again will expand the mailbox to reveal all the folders.
