How to view calendars side by side in Outlook 2016 for Windows
Step-by-Step
In the calendar view with two or more calendars open, look at the "tab" at the top of the calendars that has the name of the calendar. On the second calendar tab, you should see an arrow pointing to the left. This indicates the calendars are in the overlay view mode.
To view these calendars side by side. click on the arrow and the calendars will arrange side by side mode. You will notice the arrow now points to the right.
To change the mode back to overlay mode, click on the arrow.
