Fundriver is a web based application that has replaced Funkhouser. Users who are now starting to use it may inquire about an error when trying to print from the icon on the web page.
The users will get a pop-up about a service/add-on not running. They need to click OK to close that window and then click Install.
It will install, with no prompt that it finished. The user should be able to use the print icon without restarting the browser.
The supported browser is IE. You may not see the print icon on other browsers.
