Tuck employees are unable to directly access OnBase Documents linked in Advance. Below are instructions for how to access the OnBase Unity Client and search for documents.
- Log into Remote Desktop (RDS) and launch OnBase Unity Client: OnBase : Tuck IT
- Once Unity Client is open, select the desired query:
- ADV All Document Search – Searching by an individual:
- This query is behind the “Documents” link on an Entity profile in Advance.
- Enter Advance Entity ID into the custom query to return results for an entity.
- ADV All Document Search By Allocation:
- This query is behind the “Documents” link on an Allocation in Advance.
- Enter Allocation Code into custom query to return results for an allocation.
- ADV All Documents Search By Event:
- This query is behind the “Documents” link on an Event profile in Advance.
- Enter Event ID into custom query to return results for an Event.
- GRO Receipting Search:
- This query is behind the “Documents” link on a Pledge, Gift, or Matching Gift in Advance.
- Enter Receipt # from a pledge, gift, or matching gift transaction into the custom query to return the results for that transaction.
NOTE: To search using a wildcard, use an asterisk * (Example would be Smith *)
You can filter and sort on the results by clicking in the headers for each column.
