To help keep your accounts more secure, DUO Verified Push will be enabled for the entire Dartmouth Community starting September 30, 2025. This change introduces a new verification step where users are required to enter a code displayed on their login screen into the DUO Mobile app. Designed to strengthen multi-factor authentication, this update aims to prevent accidental or unauthorized login approvals that can occur with the current “Approve/Deny” prompt, which is vulnerable to MFA Bombing attacks. The new prompt will appear automatically with no setup needed, ensuring a smoother and safer login experience for everyone.
