Overview
Dartmouth 105 is a single display room with an audiovisual system that support the use of a classroom computer or laptop through wired or wireless connections. Lectern, lapel, and handheld microphones are available for use with Zoom or other desktop conferencing applications.

Present
Present your digital content from a computer through the projector and speakers.
- Classroom Computer
Use the classroom computer for slide shows or other media presentation.
- Wireless Display
Use the Zoom "Share" button in the Zoom desktop client to wirelessly present your content in-room
- HDMI
Directly connect your laptop or other device to the audiovisual system.
Zoom
External USB webcam connected to classroom computer enables remote guests to see and hear activities in the classroom.
- Join a Meeting
- Set up a Zoom meeting ahead of class.
- Launch Zoom.
- Log in via SSO.
- Start a meeting by entering in the Meeting ID and Password.
- Wearable Microphone
A wearable microphone is available to use for Zoom to capture the presenter voice for remote guests OR for recording.
Getting Started
Local Presentation
- Using the touch panel, select One Display
- Plug your laptop or mobile device into the HDMI cable (or use the classroom computer). Adapter may be required.
- Using the touch panel, select the content you would like to display on the projector (classroom computer, Wireless Display, or HDMI).
- Adjust the volume through the fader on the bottom of the touch panel as needed.
When you are finished, please tap the power button to turn off the system.
Using the Microphone with Zoom
- Remove the microphone from the docking station underneath the top of the teaching station. (How to use microphone)
- If using your laptop, plug the USB cable into your device.
- Change the microphone settings in Zoom to "Extron MediaPort 200"
