GreenPrint Changes

The GreenPrint management solution is changing during the week of August 28th.

What Changes Are Happening?

We are changing our Print Management solution (from Pharos to PaperCut) so that students can have a better experience while printing. That means the digital interface on GreenPrint machines will have more PaperCut branding as well as have a slightly different flow. Expect the following:

New Features:

  • Scan documents to a cloud drive
    • Google Drive
    • Dropbox

Improved Features:

  • Email to Print
  • Web Printing
  • Printing from mobile devices (iPhone & Android)
  • Direct printing from Computer

What to Expect

The new printer system is now in place, you must download and install a new printer driver on your computer before printing.
