If you are experiencing resolution issues on the projection screen, such as letter boxing, the following steps below should resolve the issue for you.
Go to the touch screen at the teacher's station and tap HDMI.
Plug the HDMI cable into your laptop.
On your Laptop Computer, go to the Apple Icon in the top left hand corner of the screen, and click on it 
You will then click on the System Settings option.
General Settings menu will come up
Scroll down and click on Displays
The Display options should be showing 2 displays VP-XXX and Built-in Display.
Note: Projector Naming may display a different number than VP-558 but that should be the projector image.
Click on VP-XXX and change your resolution to 1920 x 1080. This will adjust your screen to fit the projector screen and display at the correct resolution. Once complete, your laptop screen should now be mirrored on the projector, and no longer experience a letter box image.
