Issue: Dten Zoom Room "Selected camera has disconnected"

Issue

You see the error message "Selected camera has disconnected" on your Dten Zoom Room display.

Solution

If Geisel AV has already rebooted your Zoom Room remotely and the AV bar is still not connecting, it needs to be physically reconnected.

Steps to Reconnect Your AV Bar

  1. Locate the AV bar - It sits on top of your Dten display screen

  2. Lift the AV bar off the display - Gently lift it straight up. The AV bar has three connection points:

    • Main connection point in the center
    • Magnetic connection on the left side
    • Magnetic connection on the right side
    • Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
       
  1. Wait 15 seconds - Give it a moment before reconnecting

  2. Realign and reseat the AV bar - Carefully line up all three connection points and press the AV bar firmly back onto the top of the display. You should feel the magnetic sides snap into place

  1. Check the display - The AV bar should reconnect automatically within 30 seconds
    1. If not, go to the Zoom Room Settings>Camera> and see if the camera Source is available (labeled DTEN Camera Default)
