This room is equipped with advanced AV technology to support hybrid conferencing, in-room presentations, and collaborative learning. Below is a guide to using the system effectively.

Wireless Video Sharing Overview

  • Share content wirelessly from your device (laptop, phone, tablet) to the room’s displays and to Zoom participants.

  • Follow the on-screen instructions to connect via the Zoom application on your personal device. 

Wireless Video Sharing Step by Step Guide

  1. Ensure that you're seeing Zoom on the main Display.

    • In medium to larger spaces, you'll need to select "Zoom" as a source. 

    • For smaller systems, the Display itself is a smart Zoom device and will already be showing Zoom as it's only source.

  2. On your device, open you Zoom application and navigate to the "Share Screen" button.

3.  If the system doesn't automatically connect you, enter the sharing key that can be found ing the upper left of the main display.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Direct HDMI Cable Connection Instructions

To connect your own Laptop or other mobile device to the AV systems please follow the steps below:

1. Connect your computer to the supplied and marked HDMI cable

  • You may need an adapter depending on your device.

2. Turn on the “Power” to the Displays you desire.

3. Then select the HDMI appropriate to the display you want.

4. Use the “Program Audio” controls to adjust or Mute/Unmute the sound from your device.

  • You may need to check the audio output setting on your device if you do not hear any sound.
  • As there are a multitude of possible connection types for devices it is always best to bring the adapter that fits your particular device.
