When the process of uninstalling the GlobalProtect program, restarting the computer, then reinstalling Global Protect fails, the following steps should resolve the issue.

Step-by-Step
- Run Command Prompt as Administrator
- Enter command net stop winmgmt
- Enter command winmgmt /resetrepository
- Reboot the machine
- Confirm user is able to connect to VPN
If issue persists, complete following steps:
- Run Command Prompt as Administrator
- Enter command net stop winmgmt
- Leave the command prompt open and navigate to Windows\System32\wbem
- Rename the folder "Repository" to "Repository.old"
- Switch back to the command prompt and enter command net start winmgmt
- Reboot the machine
- Confirm user is able to connect to VPN
