One Dartmouth AV (1DAV) provides audiovisual solutions to support conference room spaces and digital signage needs for the Arts and Sciences community at Dartmouth College.

Digital Signage

Single Location

A single digital display for showing content loaded onto the display using a USB thumbdrive.

  • 55" Professional Display (rated for continuous operation)
  • ADA Compliant Installation

Content Delivery: Content is provided to the display by adding image files to a USB thumbdrive and plugging the drive directly into the display.

Multiple displays are installed throughout a floor or building that display the same content.

Small Conference Room (DTEN 55")

An all-in-one Zoom Room conferencing solution that includes video conference abilities that enable users to host or join meetings and start scheduled ones with the O365 calendar integration. Present content from a laptop locally or in-meeting using an HDMI cable or the wireless Zoom Share Screen features.

  • 55-in (diagonal) Display - for viewers up to 13-feet away
  • Zoom Room
  • Outlook Calendar Integration and Scheduling
  • Camera/Microphone/Speakers Included
  • Digital Whiteboard with Stylus
  • Wireless Display (Zoom Share Screen)
  • HDMI connection for local or in-meeting presentation from a laptop

Control: The DTEN is controlled directly through the interactive touch display or a battery-powered* table-top tablet.
*Tablet requires being re-docked into it's charger. Average battery life is three hours.
