Eligibility for Service - Tenure and tenure-track Arts & Sciences faculty at Dartmouth, for use on their Dartmouth-owned computer  
Deactivation - of user accounts and delete all user archives when users or devices become ineligible for the service (ie. ExEmployee, Role Change, Emeritus)  
     
SUPPORT and MANAGEMENT    

Globally Excluded Files - excluded from backup by default in CrashPlan.

Occasionally there will be some files or file locations that are excluded from backup that some users will want to include. In this situation we advise users to identify and employ a local solution to copy/backup files you want that are globally excluded. See article for more information.

 
Troubleshoot client software

Monitor system-wide backup performance  
Administer and troubleshoot the CrashPlan service
