FY21 Project Funding Request for ITC

Projects requiring ITC resources and funding beyond an operational budget must follow the FY21 Project Funding Request process.  There should be a good faith effort to approximate the amount of funding required.  Funding estimates can be done prior to request submission and in consultation with an ITC delivery lead.  Estimates may include data from publicly available vendor sites, RFIs or RFPs.

FY21 Project Funding Request Process

  1. Complete the attached request form.
  2. An ITC Delivery Lead will be assigned to consult on your request.
  3. ITC will review technical viability of the request.
    • If the request is viable, it will be ranked by the appropriate Department lead.
    • If the request is not viable, the sponsor will be informed and may revise the request.
  4. The request will be reviewed by the COO and ranked across all capital requests for ITC.
  5. The request will be transferred to Sharepoint for completion of financial information.
  6. ITC will inform the sponsor of disposition of the request.

Request Deadlines

  • September 27, 2019 - All ITC FY21 incremental funding project requests due in Dartmouth Services Portal
  • October 14, 2019 - All ITC consultations completed and requests ready for ranking
  • October 21, 2019 - Requests reviewed and ranked by ITC Department leads
  • October 28, 2019 - All requests in Sharepoint and ITC ranking complete
  • October 31, 2019 - All requests reviewed and completed by Sponsor
  • November 1, 2019 - Requests due to Budget office
