Outlook creating events for Flight, Hotel, and Car reservations

Your Dartmouth email will automatically create events from certain emails that it receives in the inbox. 

How to access the Events from Email settings

  1. If you mailbox is in the O365 (Outlook) environment, go to bwa.dartmouth.edu; if your mailbox is in Gmail, go to o365.dartmouth.edu and click Calendar
  2. Sign in with your Dartmouth credentials
  3. Click on Settings in the top right. 

     
  4. Click on Mail or View all Outlook settings at the bottom of the window
  5. Select Calendar from the categories on the left
  6. Select Events from Email and check/uncheck
