GlobalProtect: install error - "The code execution cannot proceed because mfc120.dll was not found"

GlobalProtect install does not complete. Generates the following error - "The code execution cannot proceed because mfc120.dll was not found." GlobalProtect requires Microsoft Visual C++ 2013. Follow these directions to install Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 and then install GlobalProtect. 

Step-by-Step

Install Microsoft visual C++ 2013 redistributable (x64) – 12.0.30501.

1. Two options to install Microsoft visual C++ 2013::
   1. Download the dll installer
   2. In Windows File Explorer open - C:\Program Files\Palo Alto Networks\GlobalProtect
   • Select and install either vcredist_x64 (Windows 64-bit) or vcredist_x86 (Windows 32-bit).
2. Uninstall GlobalProtect.
3. Restart computer.
4. Install GlobalProtect
