PBS: Install Adobe CC Photoshop from Adobe Value Incentive Plan (VIP) portal

Four PBS faculty members have annual subscriptions using Adobe Creative Cloud VIP. PBS consultant can log into https://adminconsole.adobe.com and access three faculty license accounts set up by the Computer Store. Each faculty member accesses https://adminconsole.adobe.com to manage their own license plan.

Changes to Adobe VIP in 2019 - Adobe is transitioning their device licenses to “shared device licenses”, CC standalone apps are no longer available as a device license (only as a named user license at $110 per named user per year).  The only device license option is the All Apps suite at $200 per license per year.
