Eduroam keeps disconnecting on my iPad/iPhone

If Eduroam keeps dropping from your iPad or iPhone, first make sure you have a solid connection with Dartmouth Public.  If that is connected you will want to forget the Eduroam Network and reconnect it.

  1. Click on the Settings icon (Gear)
  2. Click on the Wi-Fi icon
  3. Under choose a network find eduroam and click on the blue i to the right
  4. Click on "Forget This Network" and then "Forget"
  5. Now click on eduroam listed under "Choose a Network"
  6. Put in your netid@dartmouth.edu and your Dartmouth password
  7. If the Certificate page comes up, click "Trust" on the top right of the popup
  8. Eduroam should now be moved up under the Wi-Fi box and have a blue check mark to the left of it.
