Can't sign in to BWA.dartmouth.edu

Issue

Someone who has an active Dartmouth NetID tries to sign into Dartmouth Webmail via BWA.dartmouth.edu, but receives the error "Sorry. Something went wrong. The account does not have an account state".

Environment

Dartmouth accounts that are set up as a forwarding type of account will have a disabled mailbox.  This means they cannot sign into BWA.dartmouth.edu. The mailbox is designed to be a pass through to redirect any messages addressed to that person's @darmouth.edu address, to an external email address.

This is expected behavior for a forwarding account.  The ServiceDesk can determine if an account is set up as a forwarding account.
